Atlas Copco product colors
The following colors are used as part of product branding: Atlas Copco Yellow, Atlas Copco Light Gray, Atlas Copco Dark Gray, Atlas Copco Blue and Atlas Copco White.
In some cases, Atlas Copco Black is also used as a product color. Unpainted products are also allowed, but only for small-sized products and consumables.

The pigment thickness and the gloss are specified in the standard.
Atlas Copco product color glossiness
Please note that color specimens for products have a range of glossiness, and gloss affects the impression of the color. Atlas Copco Black, Atlas Copco Yellow, Atlas Copco Light Gray and Atlas Copco Dark Gray product color specimens for products have different levels of gloss.

Surface texture on plastic
Please note that plastic parts can be produced with a huge variety of different surface textures, and surface texture affects the impression of the color. Always use a surface texture that truly represents our colors.

Each business unit must have a system in place to assure the appearance and gloss of our Atlas Copco product colors.

Color usage
Always keep the product branding within a product group uniform.
Our products come in a vast variety of shapes and sizes. The main purpose of our product colors is to unify all Atlas Copco branded products and by doing this, strengthening the brand. The colors communicate a number of important aspects: safety, durability, functionality, heritage, manufacturing technique, etc.
General
To better unify our product appearances we always strive to use the darker color for elements that support or carry elements in the lighter color. For example the dark gray carries the yellow, the dark gray carries the light gray and the black carries the yellow.
Warning color
The yellow color is a high-visibility color used primarily outdoors to increase visibility of moving parts and machines – and in dark and/or dangerous environments to increase safety.
